Nitin received training in Art at Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalay in Pune. After graduation he has participated in several exhibitions in India, including the Kala Mela (Kolkota), Bombay Art Society and The Nehru Art Gallery Mumbai and these last two participations, in 1998 and 2000 have won him prestigious awards.
Through his paintings he narrates in bold colors, both the joys and pathos of life and the sacrifices made by religious figures like Jesus Christ and Mother Teresa.
The colorful balloons held by a young child bring cheer and delight to the already burdened life. The simplicity and bright colors add to the joyous feelings.
