BAYAR was born in Baruun-Urt, a town in the eastern province of Mongolia. Coming from a family of artists, and a gifted grand-father, BAYAR was naturally inclined to paint from an early age. He pursued his passion for art at the Fine Arts College of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, from 1983 to 1987, and was immediatlely selected to participate in group shows around Mongolia. He held his first solo show at the Art Gallery of UMA, in Ulaanbaatar in 1995 and in the same year enrolled into the Fine Art Institute of Ulaanbaatar, to continue his studies in the fine arts, from 1995-1996. He has since held over five solo shows and paricipated in numerous group shows and art camps, his works have travelled across Mongolia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Korea, South America, Singapore, Japan, China, and finally, India, and has found admirers and collectors all along the way.
