A self-taught artist,writer and story teller Badri has been creating symbols often drawn from our tradition and culture. He has been influenced by the Indian miniature tradition. His works draw a lot of reference from Indian, Hindu, Buddha mythologies and folktales. His narratives are stories that have been commonly cherished by the people.
Badri is awarded Padmashri by the President of India.
