He obtained Diploma in Fine Arts from Government College of Art and Craft and was awarded Government of India Cultural scholarship.
In his wroks real and imagery are juxstaposed and they create disturbing feelings when viewed in present day context.
His works are in collection with National Gallery of Modern Art,Bharat Bhavan, Bopal, Sarala's Art International, Punjab Art Gallery, Glembarra Art Museum, Japan.
